From Stress to Resilience: Practical Well-being Strategies for Legal Professionals.
Join former lawyer turned Clinical Hypnotherapist Leanora Babb-Benjamin for a practical webinar focused on the well-being challenges faced by legal professionals. Drawing on her experience in both law and therapy, Leanora explores the pressures of long hours, heavy workloads, time pressures, Court appearances, poor work-life balance and the impact these can have on stress, anxiety and sleep.
