Sharon is a Managing Director and General Counsel in Citi’s General Counsel’s Office Markets and Securities Services division. An English law qualified Barrister and NY Attorney, Sharon has worked for Citi since 2004. Sharon sits on Citi’s EMEA Legal Diversity Committee and represents EMEA on Citi’s Global Legal Diversity Council. As chair of the Citi EMEA Pro Bono Committee she was delighted to accept the award for In-House Pro Bono Legal Team of the year, Trust Law Awards 2015.

Rebecca is Deputy General Counsel for the Serious Fraud Office. Former tenant at 2 Bedford Row and senior in house lawyer for a top tier white collar crime law firm. Examples of work include the Airbus SE deferred prosecution agreement, Rolls Royce investigation, the acquittal of a Barclays swaps desk trader, the acquittal of a former solicitor linked to the Lloyds Banking Group trial (£245m corrupt loan 2003-2010) and a multinational carbon trading investment fraud trial (£100m). Recognised in GIR as a leading female in investigations. Awarded legal team of the year at the employed bar. Former government attorney in the Turks and Caicos Islands for a corruption investigation into Government officials following Sir Robin Auld's inquiry (R v Misick and others). Inner Temple Bencher. Chair of the Bar Council Wellbeing Committee.
