We were delighted to welcome Kate Urell of Gough Square Chambers to speak to us on the case of car finance commissions and the Court of Appeal’s verdict. Kate outlined the main points and gave her insight as to what the implications of the verdict may be and how such finance agreements may be affected in the future. The Supreme Court is due to hear the case in March 2025.
