BACFI / City St George’s Student event

It was fantastic to see so many students at the BACFI / City St George's student event. The panel, ably chaired by Dan Byrne (Partner, Venner Shipley, Deputy District Judge and BACFI committee member), spoke about their career paths and the variety of career options available at the Employed Bar. We were delighted that our President, Lady Hale, was able to join us to give her views on how to succeed. Thanks to other panel members, Sara George (Partner, Sidley and Chair of BACFI), Gaynor Wood (General Counsel, CLS and senior vice chair of BACFI) and Alexandria Carr (UK Head of Financial Regulation and Managing Director, Societe Generale and a BACFI committee member).
